In this session you will see a Plutarch demonstration lesson. Solveig and her boys read an excerpt from the life of Demosthenes, the boys narrate it and then they discuss it briefly at the end. Before the lesson Solveig explains why Charlotte Mason considered Plutarch’s Lives a perfect fit for teaching citizenship and how she prepares for a Plutarch lesson. After the lesson they draw out which virtues were on display in this particular lesson.
