Physical Education can be one of the most intimidating lessons to plan for a Charlotte Mason Education. Where do I start? What do I plan? What in the world is Swedish Drill?!?

This resource has been created to “lift the load” off the teacher that he or she may pursue a beautiful physical education with students without the pressure of planning it all themselves.

*Since dance was included in a different time slot than drill, skills, marching and games, it is not included in this resource.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Tables 1-12 of the 1909 version of The Syllabus of Physical Exercises for Public Elementary Schools must be completed BEFORE moving into Year 2. This can be completed by using the above mentioned book on your own or by working through Swedish Drill Year 1 beforehand.
